Verdict

NodeMaven is a proxy provider offering residential and mobile traffic in a shared rotating plan, plus dedicated static ISP proxies. At the time of checking, it advertised a 750 MB paid trial for $3.50, residential/mobile pricing from $2.20 per GB, and static ISP proxies from $2.99 per IP.

The most relevant buying details are traffic rollover for rotating plans and possible auto-renewal for 30- or 90-day ISP plans. ProxyBuyerGuide has not independently benchmarked NodeMaven’s speed, success rate, clean-IP rate or block rate. Any such figures published by NodeMaven are provider statements, not our test results.

Who may find NodeMaven suitable

NodeMaven may be worth considering if:

  • you want residential and mobile traffic under one rotating-plan structure;
  • you prefer a defined paid trial instead of starting with a full monthly commitment;
  • traffic rollover is important;
  • you also need dedicated static ISP proxies;
  • HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 support covers your application.

It may be a weaker fit if:

  • you require an unconditional money-back guarantee;
  • you need one fixed sticky-session maximum that applies to every product and mode;
  • you want independently verified performance data before purchase;
  • you do not want an ISP plan that can renew automatically;
  • your buying decision depends only on the lowest advertised per-GB number rather than the total plan cost.

Residential and mobile proxies

NodeMaven presents residential and mobile traffic within a shared plan. The provider advertised pricing from $2.20/GB when checked. This is a lower-bound unit price, not proof that every buyer can purchase a small plan at that rate. The live pricing and checkout should be used to confirm the required volume, total payment and included controls.

NodeMaven states that its residential network contains more than 30 million IPs across more than 190 countries and that its mobile pool contains more than 250,000 IPs. These are provider-stated figures. ProxyBuyerGuide did not independently count or validate the pools.

The residential product page documents HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 support. NodeMaven’s official pages showed different maximum sticky-session descriptions, including values up to 24 hours in some plan contexts and longer values on the residential product page. Buyers should therefore confirm the maximum available for the exact product, targeting mode and plan rather than rely on one site-wide number.

The public offer checked for this review was:

  • 750 MB
  • $3.50
  • paid trial, not a free trial

Before purchasing, confirm whether the trial uses the same targeting and session controls as the intended paid plan and whether any use-case restrictions apply.

Traffic rollover

NodeMaven advertises rollover of unused traffic for rotating plans. Rollover can be valuable when usage varies from month to month, but it should not be interpreted as a promise that all traffic remains available forever under every account condition.

Confirm:

  • whether an active subscription is required to retain rolled-over traffic;
  • whether rollover is limited by plan or billing status;
  • what happens after cancellation, downgrade or failed renewal.

Static ISP proxies

NodeMaven separately advertises dedicated static ISP proxies from $2.99 per IP. Its ISP materials describe unlimited traffic, HTTP/SOCKS5 support and UDP support.

The ISP offer uses 30- or 90-day terms. Plans may auto-renew, so buyers should verify:

  • the number of IPs;
  • location availability;
  • term length;
  • replacement conditions;
  • renewal status and cancellation deadline;
  • whether the advertised starting price applies to the selected term and quantity.

The ISP per-IP price should not be compared directly with rotating residential traffic priced per GB.

Quality guarantee is not a general refund

NodeMaven’s quality-guarantee page describes compensation for a confirmed blacklisted proxy. The checked terms indicated $1 in traffic compensation per qualifying proxy, subject to a total limit of up to 20% of monthly usage.

This mechanism is not the same as:

  • a universal money-back guarantee;
  • a full refund for any blocked request;
  • a promise that every target will work;
  • a refund of the entire subscription.

NodeMaven’s general terms discuss refunds when applicable but do not establish a universal right to a refund for every purchase. Buyers should request the exact refund rule for their chosen product before paying.

Performance claims and what ProxyBuyerGuide did not test

NodeMaven publishes performance and quality figures, including claims relating to success rate, clean IPs, response speed and blocking. ProxyBuyerGuide did not reproduce these measurements under a documented common test against competing providers.

For this reason, this review does not conclude that NodeMaven has a lower block rate, higher success rate or faster network than another provider. Those conclusions would require:

  1. a dated test protocol;
  2. the same targets and request mix;
  3. the same geography and session settings;
  4. a disclosed sample size;
  5. raw or reproducible results;
  6. documented failure definitions and limitations.

Use cases

Residential, mobile and ISP proxies can be considered for legitimate tasks such as public-web-data collection, SEO monitoring, market research and geographic testing. Product availability does not prove that NodeMaven will succeed for every destination or workflow.

Before use, verify the provider’s acceptable-use rules, destination restrictions and applicable legal or contractual requirements.

ProxyBuyerGuide partner codes

ProxyBuyerGuide has partner codes associated with NodeMaven:

Code Intended product Partner discount
PROXYGUIDE35 Residential/mobile 35%
PROXYGUIDE40 Static ISP 40%

These are partner conditions communicated to ProxyBuyerGuide, not general prices independently displayed on the public NodeMaven pages used for the evidence review. Confirm that the correct code applies in checkout and review the final price, term and renewal settings before payment.
